Current Project Management

This is a current project that we are managing at the moment for our international client " Astramar Ltd ", we have helped the company on the investment of 2 plots and we have followed the proccess from the start and we are happily very close to the finishing of this project.
Its a project of a detached villa with 3 storeys ( Basement, ground floor and 1st Floor) in a plot of 400 sq meters, this future house has the countryside and the ocean as primary views.
Location: Casais Mestre Mendo, Silver Coast, Portugal.

Finished Project

This is a project of 2 houses in a magnificent location plot of land located in the city council of Lourinhã.
In this case we wherent involved in the purchase proccess so the client " Atitudes & Habitos Lda" has made his purchase with a local estae agent and hired our project management services.
On this project our task was to manage the development of 2 houses on a plot of land with 4.000 sq meters, after the choice of the Architect we had some discussions about the best architecture and plans to procceed ( choosen by the client), our challenge was to do this project taking the best advantage of the views and the inclination of the land.
